The minimum stay is 5 nights. Depending on the rental calendar, we can occasionally accommodate a shorter stay if it falls between two other close bookings.
The nightly rental fee is $235.
The monthly rental fee is $5,250.
All rentals, regardless of duration, are subject to a $165 greeting and cleaning fee. Optional additional cleanings during your stay are available for $130 each.
A refundable security deposit of $500 will be charged to your credit card one week before arrival, and assuming there is no damage to the apartment, will be refunded with one week of departure.
